Christy M. Cundiff is a Licensed Professional Counselor with many years
of experience working with children from preschool up to the age of eighteen.  Furthermore, she is a PhD candidate at Virginia Tech University currently conducting her dissertation on bully prevention.  She has been a teacher and a school counselor in both public and private settings and has worked with children on such issues as bullying, assertiveness training, ADHD, oppositional behavior, eating disorders, self esteem building, cutting, separation anxiety, depression and much more. Christy has also had training in play therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. Christy's practice is based on trust, respect and collaboration with each of her clients no matter how young.
